  • 赵振富,男,19873月出生,河南周口人。20166月毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,获工学博士学位。

    现为星际线上国际官网讲师,研究生导师。

    主要研究方向:光电子、固体电子物理。已在SCI系统发表学术论文十余篇。发表论文已被他引近1000篇次。
