  •         罗来慧,教授,男,19814月出生,江西人。20086月毕业于中科院上海硅酸盐研究所,获工学博士学位。2012.02-2013.03,德国基尔应用技术大学博士后研究。

    现为星际线上国际官网教授,浙江省中青年学科带头人, 浙江省“151”人才工程第三层次人选,入选宁波大学浙东青年学者培养对象,现任电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会常务委员,硕士生导师,曾获浙江省自然科学三等奖。

    主要研究方向:铁电材料的压电性能及压电器件、荧光材料及光电器件。已在SCI系统发表学术论文一百余篇,发表论文已被他引近3000篇次。

    主持科研项目情况:

    1. 国家自然科学基金青年项目,PMN-PT弛豫铁电单晶室温致冷特性及机理研究。

    2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,稀土掺杂PMN-PT单晶的上转换发光及其压电耦合研究。

    3. 宁波大学战略引导项目,海洋声呐使用的PIN-PMN-PT铁电单晶的电场极化工艺研究。

    4. 中国科学院重点实验室开放课题,稀土掺杂的NBT-BT铁电陶瓷的荧光与相结构的关联及其温度传感特性研究。

    5. 横向委托项目,钙钛矿铁电材料发光性能研究。
