  • 陈益敏,讲师,男,19895月出生,浙江象山人。20186月毕业于中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所,获理学博士学位。现为星际线上国际官网讲师,曾获宁波市科学技术二等奖。

    主要研究方向:相变存储材料及器件,硫系薄膜。

    近五年发表SCI论文25篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者17篇。主持国家自然科学基金1项,宁波市自然科学基金1项。
